Emery Roe


Emery Roe is a practicing policy analyst at University of California Berkeley, where he is Coordinator, Environmental and Natural Resource Activities, and Adjunct Professor in the College of Natural Resources. He is author of Narrative Policy Analysis: Theory and Practice.

Mr. Roe has published widely on African rural development, livestock rangeland management, comparative policy analysis, budgeting, program evaluation, and domestic science and technology controversies. The case studies collected in Narrative Policy Analysis deal with topics as diverse as national budgeting, global warming, aerial insecticide spraying, and irrigation and drainage management issues.
